Works good to tenderize meat prior to seasoning and cooking.

This tenderizer is used on all cuts of beef, chicken or pork that we buy. I liked it so much that I bought one for my son-in-law who is a super grill master. He loves it, too.

Works great and the holes are perfectly aligned with the tines, er, the pokey things! Plus it’s durable and has stood the test of time! Been using mine for probably about a year or more!
